Programs we offer

Ground-up
development.

Power is the reward for clean movement, strong habits, and high-intent work. Every program starts with the foundation and builds from there.

01

Pitching development

Efficient movement, arm health, velocity development, pitch design, sequencing, and pitching IQ. Athletes learn to use their full body — not just their arm — to throw with confidence and compete on the mound. Private lessons, small groups, in-season and offseason programs, video assessment, arm care, and game-planning support.

02

Hitting development

Movement, timing, bat speed, power, approach, and confidence at the plate. Private lessons, small groups, bat speed and power training, HitTrax-supported sessions, overload/underload bat work, and reaction, timing, and constraint-based drills.

03

Technology-supported training

Technology doesn't replace coaching — it gives athletes and families clearer feedback. HitTrax, Rapsodo, video assessment, performance testing, and arm-care sensors help athletes understand where they are, track progress, and train with purpose.

Performance, arm care & long-term development

Development requires more than lessons. Strength, mobility, nutrition, recovery, sleep, hydration, and consistent work outside of training — we help athletes see the full picture so they can take ownership of their growth.

Who we serve

Beginners to
big moments.

Built for baseball and softball athletes of all ages and experience levels — from beginners building a strong foundation to advanced athletes preparing for high school, travel ball, and college opportunities.

The athletes who thrive here are committed to improving. They want to be coached, challenged, and developed over time. The best results come from families who value long-term growth, consistent training, and ownership away from the facility. This program is built for athletes who want training that is challenging, fun, competitive, and gritty.

The Ark Baseball & Softball philosophy
The training calendar

A rhythm for
every season.

Growth comes from consistent work, coachability, smart training, strong habits, and ownership — adjusted to the season your athlete is in.

Fall & winter

Build the foundation

Assessments, goal-setting, strength, speed, power, velocity development, mechanical adjustments, and skill growth. The best window for larger adjustments before next season.

Late winter & early spring

Ramp toward game speed

Training shifts to ramping up workload, sharpening tools, refining pitch design, improving sequencing, and preparing for game speed.

In-season

Stay sharp, healthy, confident

Pitchers often need more mound work, not less — with workload managed carefully, using low-volume or no-throw options to preserve the arm. Mound work, minor mechanical adjustments, sequencing, game-planning, hitting approach, timing, and confidence support.

Common questions

Straight
answers.

For committed athletes, weekly training is usually the best rhythm. Consistent work lets coaches build on previous sessions, track progress, and help athletes develop stronger habits over time.

Yes. Year-round development is important, but training should adjust based on the season, workload, and the athlete's needs.

We work from the ground up. Velocity development starts with how the athlete uses the lower half, the middle of the body, and the ground. When the body moves more efficiently, many upper-half issues clean up. Max-intent velocity work is adjusted to the calendar and the athlete's current workload.

Power comes from movement. We use clean movement patterns, high-intent reps, timing pressure, overload and underload bats, short-distance reaction work, tee work, front toss, and constraint drills to help athletes turn faster, move better, and hit with more authority.

Athletic clothing and athletic footwear. Loose footwear is not recommended, and thick running shoes are not preferred for baseball and softball movement work.

Yes — we help guide athletes and families through the development side of college preparation. We avoid promises about recruiting outcomes or scholarships, but we'll help your athlete understand what it takes to prepare well.
